Non-Refundable Services

Due to the nature of digital intellectual property and live market data, the following services are strictly non-refundable once purchased or accessed:

  • Trading Signals & Subscriptions Access to our private channels provides immediate value via real-time data. All monthly or annual subscription fees for signal services are final.
  • Mentorship Programs Mentorship involves the dedicated time of our analysts and proprietary educational materials. Once a session has been booked or course materials accessed, no refunds will be issued.

Portfolio Capital & Deposits

We distinguish between "Service Fees" and "Investment Capital." Your deposited capital remains yours.

Refundable / Withdrawable

Any capital deposited into your Managed Portfolio account is fully withdrawable at any time. This is not a "refund" but a withdrawal of your own equity. You may request to close your account and withdraw 100% of your remaining balance minus any trading losses incurred.

Profit Splits & Performance Fees

Performance fees (e.g., the 50% profit split) that have already been deducted from profitable trades are considered "services rendered" and are non-refundable.

Processing Timelines

Withdrawal Requests: Requests to withdraw portfolio capital are processed within 24-48 business hours.

Cancellations: You may cancel signal subscriptions at any time to prevent future billing. The service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
